Aaron graduated from the University of Michigan in Electrical Engineering. During his time at the University of Michigan he was awarded an Entrepreneurship Award and was chosen as a TEDx U of M Speaker. Aaron has 6 years industry experience in Additive Manufacturing working, consulting and advising for many of the world’s most advanced companies such as: Autodesk, Johnson & Johnson, Ethicon, Northrop Grumman, NASA, GE Aviation, and Aurolab. Aaron is an Air Force Additive Manufacturing Olympics finalist. Aaron is leading applications development and integration into commercially viable products, solving the design, validation, and manufacturing hurdles of adopting new technologies.

Zach graduated from the University of Michigan in Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering. He is currently attending Georgia Institute of Technology for a PhD on Piezoelectric Materials and has received a President’s Fellowship. Zach has over 6 years of industry experience working with Sandia National Laboratories developing: reduced order, multi-physics modeling tools, advanced manufacturing systems, materials for use with Additive Manufacturing, and high consequence safety devices for extreme environments. Zach is an Air Force Additive Manufacturing Olympics finalist. Zach is leading the research and technical team advancing the development of our predictive AI tools for commercialization.

After studying Finance and Accounting at the Freeman School of Business in Tulane University, Massimo has since worked in global strategy and operations, where he supported the growth into new markets, new product strategy, and M&A for startups. He has experience working cross-functionally with business leaders in sales, marketing, executive departments, and investor groups. His focus at Voxel is startup development including fundraising, growth strategy, and operations.

Rob has over 40 years of experience in sales and marketing in the advanced technology and manufacturing industry. He has founded and lead multiple product launches, and currently heads the Impax Technology Group specializing in the commercialization of advanced technologies.
